QCA Systems is providing comprehensive engineering, automation, and integration services for the Canpotex Potash System Upgrade. The project includes overall IC engineering and operational philosophy development, programming and commissioning of site control and information systems, and turnkey EIC engineering and supply for conveyors, dump stations, and new shiploaders.

Key contributions include:

Data systems integration for routing, AEI, production tracking, TOS, and Historian
Management of two major conveyor routes ranging from 4,000 to 8,000 TPH
LiDAR scanning for shiploader anti-collision systems and stockyard management/quality
Project and construction management, plus maintenance services with 24/7 support

QCA’s integrated approach ensures optimized throughput, enhanced safety, and seamless system performance for one of North America’s major potash export facilities.
